Anthea Zito uses a soft color palette to create harmonious narratives of serenity. She often juxtaposes elegant floral silhouettes or curious creatures against an enchanted backdrop of soothing color fields. The effect is a playful and moving imagery that epitomizes innocence and evokes a transcendental experience. 

Anthea Zito earned her BA in Fine Arts from the University of Maryland and MA in Publishing from George Washington University. She also attended The Art Students League of New York and earned an MFA in Painting from William Paterson University. She has exhibited her work in numerous juried national and international exhibitions.
